
微魔之前在Dedirock家买了个大盘鸡,想作为备份机使用,虽然性能一般,但价格非常有竞争力。然而好景不长,这家的大盘鸡在2月20日,发邮件说硬件问题,数据丢失,并在6日后开了新机器;最近(3月14日)再次发送邮件说硬件出了问题,数据再次丢失……在这不到一个月时间里的两次宕机丢数据,很折磨人,唯一可以略有欣慰的是,商家倒是一直在积极解决问题,重开机器的速度也是可以接受,只是重新部署环境就又是一番时间成本了。

Dear DediRock Family,
We want to sincerely apologize for the downtime earlier today. Unfortunately, the server experienced a hardware failure involving multiple hard drives within the RAID5 array, which resulted in the system going offline and the data on that server being lost.
Our team is already working with the data center to deploy replacement infrastructure. Beginning tomorrow and continuing through Monday, we will be provisioning replacement VMs for all affected customers. As your new VM is ready, you will receive the login details so you can begin restoring your services.
As a courtesy to assist with re-uploading your data, we will provide an additional 1TB of free bandwidth if needed during the restoration process.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get everyone back online.
