For several months, the global memory shortage has been driving up hardware costs across the entire hosting industry. RAM and SSDs are more expensive than ever, as AI corporations are consuming a large portion of production capacity. Netcup is also affected by this and, unfortunately, we must pass on parts of these increased costs.

What will change for you:
The prices of existing hosting services will be adjusted. The updated prices will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period starting from May 1st 2026.The price change affects the following hosting(s):

We continuously procure new hardware for spare parts, capacity expansion and quality assurance. The prices of these components have increased significantly. Thus, also a price change for existing customers was inevitable. However, we have deliberately kept the price increase for existing customers significantly lower than for new orders.
This adjustment enables us to continue offering high-performance products at a fair price without compromising on quality.
